Mini Sessions
After their sell out event last year at Calderglen Country Park, the East Kilbride Pumpkin Trail is back bigger and better this year! So why not take advantage of the magical setting and get some wonderful family pictures to remember Halloween 2025!
The pumpkin sessions cost £45 and includes your choice of 5 high resolution digital images.

Your gallery will contain around 20 images to choose from and there will also be an option to purchase extra prints or the full gallery.​
​
The mini shoots will last 15minutes within your allocated time slot at calderglen pumpkin trail and you get to choose where in the patch you'd like to have your photos!

Planning to join me for your very own Pumpkin Patch Mini Session? These sessions are all about muddy boots, giggles and big autumn smiles! To make it super easy, I've popped together some quick answers to the questions families usually ask, so you can just focus on making some magical halloween memories!

How long is the Pumpkin Mini Session?
A. The Pumpkin Mini Sessions are 15-minutes long and will take place at your favourite section of the East Kilbride Pumpkin Trail at Calderglen Country Park.

Do I need to purchase an Event Ticket separately?
A. Yes! You need to have purchased an event ticket for the East Kilbride Pumpkin Trail and your Mini Session time slot needs to be AFTER your start time on your trail ticket! If you haven't purchased a ticket yet they can be found at the following link: www.eastkilbridepumpkintrail.co.uk

Whats included in the price?
A. Each 15-minute mini session includes 5 professionally edited high resolution digital images. You will receive a private online gallery with around 20-30 pictures to choose from, with the option to purchase additional photos!

Can I purchase extra prints?
A. Yes! You can purchase additional prints for £10 each or the entire gallery for £50. This can be decided once you have received your full gallery.

When will I receive my pictures?
A. You will receive your online gallery within 7-10 days after your session date!

What should I wear?
A. Absolutely anything that you are comfy in! If you're after some ideas, think cozy autumn vibes, earthy colours, layers, and maybe a pop of orange. Also costumes, favourite pumpkins, or seasonal props are welcome as long as they fit the Halloween theme!

Where will I meet you for the mini shoot?
A. Once you have all had a chance to enjoy a walk around the trail, if you come back to the entrance/ticket booth for your selected photoshoot time, I will be there waiting for you all!

Where can we go on the trail for photos?
A. You can choose anywhere on the trail to have your pictures taken!

Do we need to bring anything?
A. Just yourselves and big smiles! But feel free to bring any halloween props with you!

What happens if its raining on the day?
A. Rain or shine I will be there with my camera! So just grab your wellies and waterproofs if there is a chance of some drizzle and we'll dance in the rain!

Can we bring the whole family?
A. Ofcourse, the more the merrier! As long as everyone attending the mini shoot has an event ticket for the East Kilbride Pumpkin Trail!

Can I book a double slot to have more time for a photoshoot?
A. Of course! If there is a large group of you (over 10 people) I would recommend booking 2 slots together, if available, and then you would receive the 10 digital prints with option to purchase additional prints.

What happens if I am running late?
A. Due to the nature of the event and the fast turn around I only have a 5minute buffer between shoots so I would recommend getting to me 5-10 minutes before your mini shoot time. If you are running late please call me on 07899134702 asap and I can let you know if there are other time slots that I can move you to. Although this cannot be guaranteed and if I don't have any other slots available and you miss your time slot the ticket is non-refundable.

A. Unfortunately due to limited dates and times the mini shoot tickets are non-refundable.
